Hello, welcome to my Important Information page. I want my customers to be happy with their purchases, so that my customers can return to S E Art and enjoy more of my artwork. Shipping Policy

Your item will be sent via recorded delivery and will be packaged to prevent damage in transportation. Upon recieving cleared funds your artwork will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Any plastic in my packaging has been reused, as part of my best efforts to cause our environment minimal damage.

Returns

Thank you for supporting S E Art !

I offer refunds on my original work within the first 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, you will not be entitled to a refund. You will be entitled to a refund if :

- Your item is in its original packaging

- Your item is in the same condition in which it was brought

- The item is returned via recorded delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for the correct delivery and ensuring the details above. Please contact me via email (wildlifeblooms@outlook.com) within 7 days of recieiving your item if you require a refund.

Disclaimers & Aftercare

The flowers and leaves which feature in my work are selectively picked from my family garden. Because of this, all flowers/foliage are organically grown without the use of fertilizers and without the use of preservatives in the pressing process. Due to this, flowers/foliage may lose some of their pigmentation over time - it is advised that they are kept out of direct sunlight and a humid environment to prevent this. However, this care advice also applies to any watercolor paintings.

All of my products are sold as they are photographed. All of my work is signed on the front and back, named and dated.

My studio is regularly cleaned to prevent the spread of Covid19. If my frames are preloved, they are thoroughly disinfected.

My artwork cannot be modified or distributed without my written permission. My website is for your personal use only. Any material from my website must not be downloaded or saved, or used without my written permission.

I may use pre-loved frames to present my work, all of these are in very good condition and are high quality (unless stated differently in descriptions). This means that these frames can have a new lease of life.
